The role:

We are looking for a facilities specialist responsible for the following:

Facilities management - relating to all issues from the client side of the organisation. Consultation with internal and external clients to raise and follow up on all facilities related matters - For main location and multiple small locations
Project management - running multiple projects in relation to refurbishment, fit-outs, relations, service upgrades, safety, system management & design, process improvement, asset management, audio visual & planning, telecommunications & IT installations and budget monitoring
Contract management - establishment, scoping, maintaining and management
Ensuring maintenance of all building facilities
Office management - All facets of running a large corporate office and supplying all administrative services and functions to cater for all staff / employees
Staff / people management

Well developed consultancy and facilitation skills
Related degree / qualifications in Facilities Management
Proven experience in a corporate facilities specialist role
Strong leadership and people management qualities
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to think strategically and creatively
Client focused attitude based on building and maintaining relationships & partnerships at all levels
Positive approach to work and life and enjoy being in all environments which are motivating, creative and encourages ownership and participation
Professional work ethic with integrity and respect for people
