They are looking at expanding their maintenance team with this rewarding role.

A Facilities Supervisor is required to coordinate the day to day maintenance and activities of trade personnel at a number of remote villages in Northern Queensland. The role is varied with a wide range of responsibilities including;

Coordination of day to day preventative and reactive maintenance across several villages and engaging appropriate tradespeople
Oversee works conducted and ensure completion within a timely manor, quality assurance
Liaising with facilities manager and village managers to ensure smooth running of maintenance schedules
Procurement of all materials required for maintenance works

To be successful in this role the following attributes are required;

Experience in applying OH&S in a trade environment
Electrical trade background essential
Ability to work autonomously and reliably unsupervised
Experience in remote camps preferred but not essential
Excellent negotiation and communication skills & attention to detail
Energetic and driven with the ability to build strong customer relationships
Driver’s license
