Perm/Full Time Position

Are you progressive, intelligent and a strong communicator looking for a challenging opportunity as a facilities supervisor?

Our client is in immediate need of a talented candidate with a mechanical/electrical background to assist the facilities manager with the overall operations and maintenance of an iconic and yet challenging commercial high rise building in Sydney's CBD. You will ensure the buildings performance and ongoing success and push more energy savings. You will liaise with tenants and adhere to tenant requests, as well as assist with invoicing and financials.

To apply we are looking for people with the following skills and experience:

Trade qualifications in mechanical/electrical engineering
Technical knowledge around BMS, Chillers, Plant rooms etc
Knowledge around NABERS ratings and energy management/sustainability
Excellent communication skills
Excellent problem solving skills
Very customer service orientated and solid interpersonal skills
Proven experience in a similar role within facilities (Commerical high rise)
