This company is a leading organisation with locations in every state. Due to a re-structure they are requiring an 'all rounder' in facilities to take on the position of Facilities Supervisor - Soft Services.

You will be responsible for all soft services of the building premises and regional sites ranging from general building maintenance through to cleaning, pest control, security, waste management, grounds maintenance, vehicle and parking and overall operations ranging from air-conditioning, generator runs and EPS maintenance.

We are looking for people with the following skills and experience:

Trade background and experience in a similar role- essential
Excellent communication skills both written / verbal
Superb auditing and report writing skills
Flexible and adaptable
Understanding of technical and operational issues in relation to FM
Excellent problem solver
Able to establish and work to priorities
