This organisation is a boutique yet highly reputable Australian Company specialising in the Property and Construction industries. The facilities management division is a relatively new arm of their organisation, however is experiencing steady growth and due them winning a new project, they have a need to appoint a Facility Manager in Abu Dhabi.

Initially the role will be based in their Melbourne office for the short term so you will be trained and become familiar with the company, then you will be re-located permanently with the client to the Middle East.

What we are looking for:

Degree in Engineering / Building Services or appropriate qualifications in Facilities Management
Trade/Engineering background in mechanical or electrical, building services etc - Essential
Experience in a Facility Management role - Essential
Ideally worked in the middle east OR have a huge desire to live and work there
Able to be flexible and re-locate within a short time frame with no limitations - Essential
Superb communication, interpersonal and relationship building skills
Innovative with problem solving
Able to prioritise tasks in a fast paced environment
Good understanding of lease management, property issues and anything associated to the maintenance and general operations of running of a facility
Display honesty, trust, transparency and respect with peers, colleagues and clients

The salary for the position will be based on skills and experience and a re-location package for the successful candidate will be negotiated at a later stage.
