We are currently on the look out for a maintenance supervisor - operations and compliance, to join a renowned industry leader in the Melbourne metro. This role will report directly to the National Facilities Manager.

The main role responsibilities will involve:

Manage the operations, risk management and compliance for multiple locations, with a focus on safety compliance and contractor management
Tendering and service of maintenance contracts
Conduct risk management inspections and audits
Oversee repair and maintenance of all plant and equipment in various locations
Liaise with tenants and consultants
Prepare annual operational expenditure and capital expenditure budgets

We are looking for the following skills and experience:

Experience in a similar role
Proven knowledge and experience with safety compliance, statutory building compliance, environmental compliance, contractor management, minor works and tenancy coordination
Industry experience in a commercial, retail or hotels environment preferred
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Flexible approach
Good communication skills both written and verbal
