Due to a continued period of growth they are requiring a Manager to take over their small works interiors division. The successful applicant will be managing the business unit with a number of Project Managers reporting directly into you. As well as operations, you will be responsible for developing new business, overseeing tendering and procurement. As Manager you will be the “face” of the business, and liaise with a range of external stakeholders.

The successful applicant will have had 5+ years in a Project Manager’s position or senior role, and have a past record of winning tenders, delivering projects and managing staff in the refurbishment and fit out sector.
