Quickly becoming one of Australia's leading supplier of products and services to the Oil and Gas, Mining, Petrochemical, and Mineral Processing industries, my client is looking for an experienced Project Managers to join their Brisbane operations.

Candidates should hold a BE in mechanical or electrical engineering along with mid level postgraduate relevant experience in the Oil & Gas, mining or minerals processing industry. Candidates should also have knowledge and experience of:

Relevant Australian acts, regulations, standards and codes;
Project management in the gas transmission or similar industry;
Assessing and managing risk associated with existing and new assets;
Piping specifications, material & valve selection & sizing and pressure vessel design;
Cost estimating, procurement, construction supervision and commissioning of transmission assets;
Conceptual, FEED, detailed design, construction, commissioning and maintenance phases.

Particular experience with Pipeline, wells and compressor within Oil & Gas will be looked upon favourably however proven success with managing costs and personnel is paramount. It is also expected that the successful candidate will have a high level of integrity, excellent communication skills and the ability to relate to people on all levels.
