Our client specialises in the project management and construction of civil infrastructure including dams, roads, pipelines, bridge works, bulk earthworks and mine site infrastructure as well as undertaking contract mining operations. Located in Central Queensland this site is located within a 2 hour drive of Rockhampton and Gladstone.

This role will see you:

· Managing the day-to-day running of mining contracts

· Utilising your strong relationship skills both with internal and external stakeholders

· Developing relationships with key clients for ongoing works

Other services you will be responsible for are Drill and blast, removal of overburden, coal mining, coal crushing, pit watering, and environmental services.

To be successful in this role you will have experience in load and haul and drill and blast operations. Open cut mining experience is a must along with relevant tertiary qualifications (Civil). The successful applicant may FIFO, DIDO or reside in the town near to the site.
