There is currently an immediate position vacancy for a national operations manager. You will be responsible for staff management and all contractual compliance as well maintaining a high level of service delivery.

We are looking for talented enthusiastic candidates with the following skills and experience:

Degree qualified in engineering,building services, facilities management or property
Solid background in facilities management and experience in a similar role at National level
Demonstrated experience in project planning and transition management of FMM contracts
Experience managing stakeholder relationships and track record of dealing with developer/builder and defects management
Experience in pricing, negotiating and supervising services sub-contracts
Working knowledge of QA OH&S, environmental and risk management systems and systems auditing
Solid track record in co-ordinating and delivering operation training to large teams. Must be a motivator and able to develop and grow staff members
An understanding of all technical issues and operational issues in relation to FM
Sound ability in financial, budgeting and monitoring
Enthusiastic and dynamic personality and the ability to think outside the square
