This company is a leading organisation with a strong market presence. Due to steady growth, they are requiring an 'all rounder' in facilities maintenance and contract management to take on the position of Operations/Facilities Manager- Soft Services.

You will be responsible for all soft services of the building premises and regional sites ranging from general building maintenance through to catering, cleaning, admin, security, waste management, grounds & property maintenance and overall operations for a number of villages/sites.

We are looking for people with the following skills and experience:

Ideally a strong background in a similar role
Facilities and building management experience
Hospitality industry experience/Food safety
Contract Management experience
Excellent communication skills both written / verbal
Superb auditing and report writing skills
Financial control
Flexible and adaptable
Superb people and social skills
Excellent problem solver
Able to establish and work to priorities autonomously
