Currently an established client is seeking a facilities manager or operations manager to take care of the technical support, operations and maintenance for all related petroleum sites in QLD.

You will report to the State Manager and will be responsible for coordinating all maintenance and repair of sites and managing the day to day service delivery (15 trades staff and contractors) and quotes for works.

We require a talented candidate with the following:

Experience as an operations or facilities manager in the petroleum sector. Petroleum industry experience is essential
Ideally hold the AIP accreditation
Be technically savvy
Be extremely customer service orientated with superb communication skills
Dynamic personality
Be flexible with occasional travel
Keen eye for detail and professional presentation
Strong organisational and time management skills
Demonstrated experience with monthly reports and financials
Proven staff management and coaching experience
