We are currently seeking a Principle Civil Engineer with Materials Handling experience to join our client based in Brisbane.

Our client is a leading Engineering and Project Management Company who deliver clients to emerging and large resource clients. They are currently designing and delivering large and challenging mine, rail and port projects.

This role will see you involved in the design of materials handling machines eg. stackers, reclaimers and ship loaders for mining companies and ports; conducting design audits on new machines; conducting compliance audits on existing machines. You will also be involved in the design of specialist projects for mines and ports eg. unloading stations, bins, conveyor systems, crane and machine runways, reclaim tunnels and ship mooring systems.

To be considered for this role you must be degree qualified with at least 10 years experience, experience working on heavy industrial design and construction projects, materials handling/marine structure/bulk earthworks/civil structures experience will be looked upon favourably.
