We are looking for a Commercial Manager / Contracts Manager with a Quantity Surveying background to work onsite managing all commercial agreements, contracts and cash flow on a $50 Million highway project on The Gold Coast. This is an extension of an existing highway, work will include: lane widening, bridges / overpasses, exit / entry ramps, drainage, and pavements.

You will have a team of admin staff to handle the procurement and commercial management of the entire project. Local knowledge and contacts within Department of Main Roads will be valuable as well as experience on similar size projects.
