In order to service the needs of their rapidly expanding and increasingly diverse client base our client is looking to engage a number of Project Engineers for their projects throughout Queensland. They deliver innovative, integrated solutions to the mining, oil and gas industries through combining engineering procurement and construction expertise with extensive Project management experience.

Reporting to the Project Manager your role among other things will be to co-ordinate project design with procurement and construction to ensure overall project schedule, budgets and targets are achieved. You will be able to demonstrate safety awareness by taking appropriate actions that contribute to their commitment to zero harm. You will have a high level of project planning skills as well as an understanding of forecasting & scheduling and managing on site contractors. Your commitment to following the project right through to completion is crucial in meeting and exceeding client expectations.

To be successful in this role you will have significant experience gained in a multi-disciplined civil construction environment on a heavy engineering project.You will have a high level of communication skills,both written and oral and the ability to relate to people on all levels.

This role is site based operating on a Fly In,Fly out basis so previous experience in this type of environment will be highly regarded.If you are looking to advance your career with a market leader this is the time to get on board.
