With this kind of delivery the Project Manager is the ‘face’ of the company and ensures their projects run smoothly through the design, procurement and delivery stages, and the overall commercial viability of the project is met. Liaising and negotiating effectively with consultants, suppliers, and clients, the communication skills of the individual are as important as the extensive building knowledge and qualifications.

This role will suit a Project Manager looking to move away from the work culture at traditional ‘hard nose’ contractors, to a company that places more importance on relationships with subcontractors, and partnering with clients to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes, as well promoting a ‘family culture’ at work with numerous organised activities and lifestyle bonuses.

Salary will be dependant on experience, but money will not be an issue for the right person.
