This QLD owned and operated builder developer has been quietly forging a well-respected reputation in the construction and development industry with an impressive list of completed industrial and commercial developments incorporating cutting-edge building design and delivery techniques.

With construction as it’s core business, the company has experienced growth and financial success, expanding their property development and investment capability, and now working alongside joint-venture partners who consist of ‘household-name’ corporations and institutions, as well as various government bodies. Current projects consist of large medium-density affordable residential developments/commercial buildings and various industrial developments. This growth has created the need for another Project Manager to join their team.

As Project Manager you will take on a job during the conceptual stage, and have heavy input into design, planning, and development phases. A Contract Administrator with a solid background delivering projects under a design and construct contract will also be highly regarded. There will be early support from the Construction Manager to ensure there is a smooth transition.
