The project manager will be responsible for the overall commercial viability of the project, and may handle a range of projects in various stages at any one time depending on the size. Typical Projects range between $5M and $50M and consist of a wide variety of retail, commercial, industrial, institutional/Government work.

The company benefits from the balance between an experienced QLD management team with over 30 years hands-on experience and a talented group of project teams who are focused on delivering a quality product. This has lead them to develop strong relationships with numerous repeat clients, who now do not even go to tender when rolling out building programs.
