This medium size construction and project management firm has been quietly forging a solid reputation in QLD with an award-winning list of past projects including commercial/industrial developments as well as eye-catching residential high rise buildings.

Their unique service offers TOTAL management from concept to completion. With a design and planning team responsible for design coordination and detail as well as critical path programming, their approach to clients is an open-book PARTNERING arrangement.

With several new contracts in both the mine infrastructure and CSG industries there is now an opening for an experienced Project Manager to deliver large remote camp site projects on both brown and green-field sites in Central and North Queensland.

Suitable project managers can have either a building of civil background, but will have to have had experience delivering 500+ man camps, involving large numbers of transportable buildings, associated underground services and power transmission components.

As the project manager you will act as the contractor’s representative with the client, of EPCM superintendent and be responsible for ensuring QA, OH&S and cost reporting functions adhere to the clients guidelines, as well as managing all internal cost reporting requirements are met by the contract administrator and the site team are resourced in order to deliver the project on time and budget.
