One Australia’s largest Engineering and construction giants has a list of projects ready to start next year that incorporate a range of commercial construction and is the result of the North Queensland’s government’s infrastructure plan, including schools, medical facilities and cutting-edge technology precincts. They have also forged strong relationships with corporate heavy-weights and will be completing large $50M+ projects in unique Joint-Venture relationships within their capital management division.

The level of future works has created the need for an experienced Project Manager to join this organization about to undertake a large majority of the government-funded projects to get underway in NQ in the coming months. Candidates will have a solid track record in managing commercial construction projects $20M+ in value, in particular government-regulated D&C projects

The successful Project Manager will be involved in all aspects of the projects from the tendering stage, adding value-engineering and risk-analysis input, through to delivery and hand-over.

A strong background delivering government-related defence, educational and Health projects will be highly regarded.
