As a leader in technologically innovative products, this organisation is involved in large scale commercial installations of their building automation and HVAC products on a global scale.

Currently they have a requirement for a Project Manager to be based in Brisbane supervising their building automation and HVAC (air conditioning) projects.

Within this role your accountabilities will be as follows:

Decision making on the project through from concept to completion including startup, design, implementation, manufacturing, installation, commissioning and project completion.
You will be fostering business expansion and also foreseeing profit and loss for projects.
You will also be providing customer consulting support and negotiating requirements and fulfillment of project conditions with the partner and subcontractors.

Planning
Project Control and Reporting

The ideal applicant should have a strong background in HVAC and BMS controls with proven ability to lead a team of project engineers. You should also be competent in consistently delivering projects within scope and budget.
