This multiphaceted organisation specialises in repairs and reconstruction for insurance companies, government departments and loss adjustors. With over 20 years experience in the industry they have established relationships and departments throughout South East Queensland.

They can be set apart from their competitors because of their friendly team, continual growth and their professional approach to business solutions.

Currently they are looking for a Project Manager to assist in the management of insurance claims and repairs for key clients.

Your responsibilities will include:

Client management and co-ordinating project delivery
Looking after the refurbishment and repair quotations
Meeting repair deadlines
Providing quotes to clients, liaising with insurance companies, ordering building materials
Supervising numerous trades people including subcontractors involved in jobs

To be successful in this role, you should have prior experience in a role project managing insurance refurbishments and repairs (i.e storm water damage, flood damage) and hold a current BSA licence. You should also have prior experience managing a team and have a high level of communication and interpersonal skills to bring into the role.
