We are partnered with one of the world’s leading multi-national fit-out and refurbishment organisations who are currently recruiting for professionals in their world-renowned luxury yacht building facilities in Dubai. With offices and facilities in several locations in Europe this group has an enviable international presence.

This is a rare opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to work on some of the world’s largest and most luxurious yacht projects for wealthy clients across the globe, and will involve further travel to a number of exotic locations.

The successful project manager will be responsible for establishing and maintaining budget and schedule major interior fit-out projects, and be responsible for the following:-

Set-up and manage all sub-contracts and monitor compliance with head-contract agreement
Liaise with planning department in regards to design, engineering, production and installation scheduling
Liaise with QS for all variations and commercial implications on the project
Liaise with production department on any technical issues
Prepare monthly progress reports
Manage Site Supervisors

Candidates will be degree qualified in engineering, construction management, or architecture and had 10+ years experience managing major interior fit-out projects on luxury yachts, 5-star hotels, or high-end residential projects.
