This well established builder-developer has been operating in QLD for the last 25 years and has a reputation for corporate responsibility and a quality finished product. They have completed a wide range of projects including townhouses, residential units, luxury homes, and exclusive community subdivisions.

With two projects ready to build they currently have a requirement for a construction-focused project manager to over-see both projects. Experienced project managers will have a current builder’s licence and have a solid background managing similar projects, delivering them on time and budget.

As a project manager you will be responsible for overseeing and letting sub-contract agreements, liaising with site staff and managing both constructability and commercial issues. Applicants will ideally have both a trade and commercial background managing multiple residential construction projects
