This civil construction and mining company has a strong grip on the infrastructure industry between Mackay and Maryborough. With it’s fleet of plant and vehicles worth over $100M they are continuing to expand up and down the coast becoming the powerhouse of mid tier civil construction in QLD.

We are searching for an experienced Quantity Surveyor who has a proven track record in earthworks and structural concrete projects in pre and post contracts stages. Your role will involve a mix of onsite works assessing claims and variations as well as in the office helping the estimating team price jobs and put together tenders.

While reporting to senior management role will involve the following:

• Pricing of projects

• Take offs and tender submissions

• Financial control of projects

• Contract negotiations & reviews

This is a unique position that is available immediately to local individuals, however sponsorship can also be provided to international applicants who are interested in settling in Australia permanently.
