As a progressive family own Private Developer this company is currently working on projects in both Brisbane and North Queensland.  Having been in the industry for over 20 years they are currently involved with the residential, commercial and retail construction projects throughout Queensland.

Securing most of their projects through repeat business they pride themselves on their ability to develop and maintain lasting business relationships with clients and key stakeholders

There is a current and immediate need for an experienced Administration officer with at least an intermediate level of MYOB expertise.

The role:             

MYOB

Receivables (Invoicing)

Payables

Cash flow management

General personal assistance to 2 managers

General office administration/Receptionist duties – answering phones, printing, filing, stationary

The person:

Self directed – must be able to work autonomously

Must be assertive and able to take charge

Experience within MYOB (minimum of 3 years)

Experience within MS Word, Outlook, and Excel

Fantastic organisational and time management skills are paramount

Well presented and a great phone manner.

The Rewards:

The successful candidate will be offered a remuneration package commensurate with experience – Circa $40k-$45k + super. 

9am-5pm Monday to Friday with a degree of flexibility (possibly working 4 day week on occasion).
