There is a need for an Executive Recruitment Consultant to join our team. Ideally you will have at least 3 years’ experience within recruitment – Facilities Management recruitment will be advantageous. This is a very warm desk with a database of candidates, PSA’s in place and current client contracts. The opportunity to step into a Senior Management role will be on offer for the right person.

The successful candidate will have a drive to succeed. You will have the ability to develop new relationship and maintain existing ones with key clients and contacts. You will strive to make a name for yourself as being one of the best recruiters in your industry in the state.

Successful recruiters within this company will be earning between OTE $150,000 +. Our commission structure is one of the best within Queensland and Contec are happy to share the wealth with committed and driven Recruitment Consultants
