This premier organisation located within the inner suburbs of Melbourne, is currently seeking a Senior Retail Business Manger to manage and build retailer relations whilst identifying and implementing opportunities for new management income.

The position not only offers constant challenges and diversity, but excellent working conditions and a top salary of up to $90K + Super and Bonuses!

It is essential you have come from a senior / executive role within the retail industry and have strong financial acumen, report writing skills, solid P & L experience and a sound knowledge in sales analysis. We are after passionate retailers who love and understand all facets of the industry with superb relationship building skills.

Key responsibilities include:

Conducting retailer meetings and mange and resolve any complaints/issues
Identify and evaluate new business opportunities
Ensuring income is collected on time and to target
Ensuring tenant lease obligations are adhered to
Coordinating tenancy delivery
Developing and managing strong retailer relationships
Implementing new retailer engagement strategies
Ensuring presentation standards are maintained at the highest level

What we are looking for:

Solid retail experience (covering not just one industry), at department manager, area manager, business manager OR state manager level-Essential
Experience managing multiple stakeholders and relationships
Solid P & L, budgeting and report writing skills
Excellent understanding of the retail environment along with all fundamental concepts and practices of retailing
Exceptional people management and team leadership skills
Superb relationship building skills, conflict resolution skills and negotiation skills
Understanding of tenancy coordination / retail leasing
