Major Infrastructure Project

You will have the opportunity to work with a team of like-minded individuals where your contribution will be valued and rewarded. Ongoing training and development programs are provided to all staff ensuring your personal and professional development.

The successful applicant will have a solid work history combined with experience managing staff to deliver road construction projects to either: Main Roads, RTA or Vic Roads standards. In this role, you will be working closely with Site Engineers and Project Engineers managing subcontractors, materials allocation, supplies and labour.

On a day-to-day basis, you will be responsible for the following:

Time, quality, productivity and safety objectives
Running toolbox meetings

Experience working for either a mid-tier or major contractor will be considered.
