Having been established for over 20 years this mid tierConstruction Company is a family owned business that is well establishedthrough South East Queensland.
With the resources to build projects within the $15-$20mprice range they are known within the commercial, educational, government,retail and health sectors.
They have recently been award a couple multimilliondollar projects to start in Brisbane andhave an immediate need for a Safety Advisor to join their well establishedconstruction team.
To be considered for this role you will need to have hadat least 3-5 years experience in a similar role within the commercial orindustrial construction industry.
You will be predominately office based with occasional visitsto multiple sites. Your responsibilitieswill include but not limited to:
- Implementing and enforcing safety policies and procedures.
- Training and influencing staff on a positive safetyenvironment
- Liaise with all staff in regards to updates on policies,procedures and standards
Ideally you will have a certificate IV in OHS or equivalent,outstanding knowledge of OHS safety procedures and fantastic written and verbalcommunication skills.
You will be offered a base salary of $80-$90k + super +car + phone + laptop
