This civil contractor is located on the southern end of the Gold Coast and turns over in excess of $50M. They have traditionally focused on medium sized land development and roadwork projects. A successful 2008 has allowed them to employee a solid range of people of all levels which has resulted the ability to tender and deliver larger projects in concrete infrastructure and Main Roads work.

We are in search for an experienced and adaptable person who can maintain standards with safety, training, environmental and systems, moving between the office and site. Systems and programs are in place however a dedicated person is needed to monitor and record findings to ensure the company’s success.

While reporting to the Project & Contracts Manager you will responsible:

• Risk Management & QA systems

• Training & safety programs

• Environmental studies & recording

This is the ideal role for someone who has been moving through the ranks of a large civil contractor covering: safety, training, systems and environmental, observing and learning systems which can be relayed onto new staff in your new role. The intentions are for this to be a long time commitment which will become a management role where you will supervise your own team.
