Construction of a major $200M medical research facility is starting on the City fringe and the services of an experienced Contract Administrator is required. Initially based in head-office you will be a intergral part of the contracts team and get involved in early-works packages as well as procurement of major services, structures and finishes trades.

This is the sort of project that will enhance your career as well as your earning potential.

Suitable candidates will have at least 3-5 years experience as a CA a solid history managing head-contracts for a commercial builder.
