Having been established for over 20 years this top tier player is currently thriving in the health, commercial and retail sectors. This is a long term career position for the right person with the view to step up into the Commercial Manager role. This is a very noteable large scale health project and the benefits will be very rewarding.

The successful candidate will have the following:

Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management or Quantity Surveying
At least 7-10 years post grad experience
Local (Brisbane/QLD) commercial construction experience
Previous exposure to commercial projects in excess of $50m consistently

The office is close to Brisbane CBD with onsite parking as well as being close to public transport. The culture within the office is hard working but also very social with various BBQ’s, Family days, Social drinks and events on the yearly calendar.
