Having been established for over 20 years this top player within the mid tier construction sector is currently thriving in the commercial, retail and education sectors. This is a long term career position as they have several projects looking to start early 2011.

The successful candidate will have the following:

Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management or Quantity Surveying
At least 5-7 years post grad experience
Local (Brisbane/QLD) commercial construction experience
Previous exposure to commercial projects in excess of $10m consistently
Strong hard dollar tender experience

The office is close to Brisbane CBD with onsite parking as well as being close to public transport. The culture within the office is hard working but also very social with various BBQ’s, Family days, Social drinks and events on the yearly calendar.
