Our client is a leading provider of professional services to the resources and energy sectors and complex process industries. The Gladstone office is booming and the company is looking to recruit the skills of an Electrical Design Engineer who will be responsbile for detailed design, technical investigation, report writing, mentoring and managing other engineers, ensuring all design documentation meets specifications, codes and standards, maintenance and adherence to project schedules and budgets. You will be working on minerals processing - bauxite projects.

In order to be considered for this role, you will possess:

Formal qualifications in Electrical Engineers (MIEA) (RPEQ) prefereable
Extensive heavy industry exposure to large scale projects
Project experience in conceptual design development, detailed design or construction
Previous minerals processing plant / materials handling facility experience
Excellent communication skills
Strong team focus with the ability to problem solve
