Currently an established Electrical Contractor with a focus on Commercial projects is seeking an experienced Electrical Estimator looking for an organization where they can do business development, client negotiations and build tender packages. This organisation has projects throughout Queensland and has won some of the most profilic electrical packages in in the past 10 years.

To continue to sustain business growth they are seeking an estimator with a business edge.

Their turnover annually is approximately $20 million with a current project focus on commercial high rise projects, hospitals, government facilities and shopping centres.

They are seeking an Electrical Estimator to be based in their Brisbane central office working alongside an experienced estimator to produce tenders for commercial, industrial and infrastructure projects.

Your responsibilities include:

Producing estimates for commercial, industrial and infrastructure projects between $500,000- $4 million
Following through after the tender has closed to secure further work
Having the ability to come up with innovative ideas for business opportunity

To be successful in this role you should be an experienced Electrical Estimator from a trade qualified background. We are looking for someone with a business minded approach who is looking to do more than just crunch numbers. Essentially you will be acting as the negotiator and will be involved in maintaining client relationships whilst also carrying through a tender from its concept through to project initiation.
