This organisation has built a reputation on delivering quality electrical installation projects within the Commercial and Industrial arena’s for many years both locally in Brisbane and nationally. Currently they have a requirement for a Project Manager on a high rise $7 million dollar electrical project in Newstead and a laboratory in Coopers Plains with an electrical package of $6 million.

 

To be successful in this role, you will require a demonstrated ability to project manage electrical installation commercial projects. It is also a requirement that you display intermediate to advanced PC skills including proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, MS Project & MS Outlook. An electrical Trade Certificate and Current Queensland Electrical License are also essential.

 

As Project Manager, your duties will include:

 

  • Project Management of major commercial installation projects
  • Tender and job documentation review as per client requirements
  • Initiating documentation
  • Maintaining & developing professional relationships with Clients
  • Developing Estimates & Quotations for customers
