Our client is a well-established, integrated design company and well respected for providing high profile projects and a reputation for excellence in project design. More than a design consultancy, they get involved from inception, development management and master planning, right through to project management and construction supervision.

Roles within this organisation are well sought after and our client now requires a Senior Environmental Engineer (Water) to base in their Gold Coast office.

The key to your success will be your well-developed skills in flood management, hydrology and hydraulic modelling. You will have at least 5 years' experience in the Australian market focussing on flood modelling and be proficient in software packages such as RORB, TUFLOW, WBNM, RAFTS, MIKE FLOOD, MUSIC etc.

A thorough understanding of the Australian Standards and legislation is vital to prepare flood models and coordinate activities between offices. You will exhibit excellent communication and leadership skills in addition to knowledge of environmental issues.
