This company is recognised internationally and have continued to be a strong player within the facilities management sector and they are currently seeking a candidate to manage facilities management and operations service delivery to a portfolio of highly prestigious buildings.
You will be responsible for:
- Providing superb leadership and management to the Facilities Management team (6 people)
- Ensuring requirements for the client are undertaken effectively and within budget
- Regularly monitor the contract to ensure it is being delivered professionally
- Undertake contract visits/audits
- Overall maintaining a profitable operation and to support the effective implementation of FM business systems and provide regular feedback and advice on continuous improvement initiatives
Skills and experience required:
- Experience as a facilities manager. Ideally at Regional level
- Sound financial and budgeting experience
- Superb leadership and management skills, ability to motivate, lead, develop and manage relationships with all staff in a facilities environment
- Experience delivering 'hands on' operation training to a contract team
- Experience managing and dealing with developer / builder and defects management
- Management of a portfolio of commercial assets - Essential
- Experience in a similar role at senior level
