As the Senior Facilities Manager you will required to oversee the following:

Management and provision of technical support for a team of 6-7 facilities supervisors and facilities managers
Management of daily operations across all relevant buildings and properties
Management of OHS&E
Preparation of budgets and forecasting
Implementation of sustainability initiatives
Contract and maintenance management

To be considered for this role we require the following:

A technical background in ideally mechanical or electrical engineering
Have demonstrated experience in a Regional or State FM role - with experience in commercial properties/high rises
Demonstrated staff management skills
Possess proven technical and problem solving capabilities
Be customer focused with strong communication skills
Thrive on team work intent on enhancing client service delivery
Have a distinguished approach to customer service and contractor management
