The Facility Manager is responsible for the successful management of the location ensuring the highest possible quality of residential care and achieving optimal business and financial outcomes. You will deliver outstanding customer service and lead and develop a skilled cohesive team of professionals. You will manage risk to ensure a safe, compliant living and working environment and effectively market the facility's positive public profile.

What we are looking for:

Strong background in facility management
Ideally a clinical background
Solid aged care industry experience and proven ability to run and manage a large facility
Commercial focus
Strong relationship builder
Flexible and adaptable
Extremely polished and professional
