Our client is an international engineering, management and specialist technical services provider and is experiencing growth within their mining division. This has created an exciting opportunity for a Senior Mechanical Engineer to join their Brisbane team.

The role will see you working within a team, working on numerous projects covering detailed mechanical engineering design, construction support and mine infrastructure projects. Your Senior expertise will enable you to review and verifying desigs, leading and mentoring other engineers.

To be considered for this role you will have:

A Degree in Mechanical Engineering
Extensive experience in the mining industry
Mechanical design experience with materials handling, conveyors, coal etc..
At least 8 years of Local Australian experience
Knoweldge of Australian enngineering standards and codes
Strong communication skills
