We are looking for a Senior Operations Manager with Regional Shopping Centre experience to join a fantastic team of industry professionals. To be considered we are looking for people with the following:

Solid FM/Operations Management experience within shopping centres (a regional centre of significant size) OR you could be a centre manager with a flair for Operations and wish to get back into a hands on role
Technical engineering background is of great advantage but not essential
Experience facilitating budgets and reports
Previous experience and involvement with shopping centre re-developments
Superior communication skills both written and oral
Personality characteristics should include diplomacy, charisma, hands on style of management, robustness of character, patience, flexibility and a great sense of humour
Excellent customer service skills
