This Engineering Consultancy is renowned Nationally and has an enviable market reputation their competition can only admire and weep at. They have grown from strength to strength and have a solid project base which has created a new vacancy for a Senior Roads Engineer based in Canberra.

The main responsibilities include managing clients, projects and proposals that relate to the major roads division of the business and manage a team of highly skilled and qualified staff.

What we are looking for:

Solid recent experience within a reputable engineering consultancy in Australia
Degree qualified with relevant memberships
Strong client focus
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
High level of technical skills
Management of multiple projects and tasks
Design of roads and interchanges
Pavements and pavement rehabilitation
Traffic analysis and road safety auditing
Preparation of specification and contract documents
Austroads and RTA road and traffic standards
Superior problem solving skills
Positive attitude and the ability to think outside the square
