Ideally you will have the following:

At least 5-10 years (local) experience as a SafetyManager
Extensive experience in high rise building constructionprojects
Proven experience in managing up to 4 safety advisors.
The ability to advise senior management on all safetyissues
Have the capability of promoting and implementing a safeworking environment
Experience in managing all HSE company policies andprocedures
