Based in the CBD of Brisbane this firm prides itself on the atmosphere within the organisation and holds regular events to strengthen the bond and work environment.

As the Senior Structural Design Engineer you will be required to review and check all calculations and design work carried out by the engineering department. This includes the design of components such as conveyor and gantry design and concrete footings for a variety of minerals processing equipment.

Requirements

Degree qualified structural engineer

Minerals processing experience 5+ years

Structural steel and concrete experience

Management experience

Desirable

EPCM experience

RPEQ accreditation

Coal Handling Preparation Plant (CHPP) experience

Conveyor support design

Concrete design

This role will be based in the head office in Brisbane but will enable the individual the opportunity to gain some much valued site exposure. This position is perfect for a structural engineer ready to take their career to the next level and manage a team of engineers in the design of minerals processing equipment.
