This leading top-tier contractor is a dominant force nationally working in the building, civil and heavy engineering industries and constructing major projects for a mix of private and government clients.

In Brisbane they have consistently been awarded the iconic projects and thus are still experiencing a high-level of construction activity. They have recently been awarded a number of projects including a $100M+ mixed-use precinct on the city fringe and a $75M construction management contract on QLD government schools.

Providing front-end expertise and advice you will be involved in the following:-

Design development to budget at both conceptual and pre-construction phase
Engagement and management of services-related consultants,
Coordinate the information flow between the design and construction teams
Initiate suitable changes to design to ensure a quality finished product
Commercial management of services trades and sub-contractors

Suitable candidates will have a strong engineering background in building services design and a proven track record managing services trade packages and effectively managing major sub-contractors.
