One Australia’s largest Engineering and construction giants has a list of projects ready to start next year that incorporate a range of commercial construction and is the result of the QLD government’s infrastructure plan, including schools, medical facilities and cutting-edge technology precincts. They have also forged strong relationships with corporate heavy-weights and will be completing large $50M+ projects in unique Joint-Venture relationships with their capital management division.

This level of future works has created the need for an experienced Site Manager to join this organization in an exciting period for both them and the QLD industry as a whole. Candidates will have a solid track record in managing commercial construction projects $10M+ in value.

The project is a cutting-edge defense facility consisting of a world-first flight simulation centre, and associated learning facilities. The project is an interesting mix of structural design, and complex services packages.

This will suit a Site Manager who likes projects that are ‘out of the box’ and offer unique challenges.

If you are a Site manager who enjoys the challenge of running large/complex construction projects, but also wants to do so as part of competent team of foreman, administrators, and site engineers you will not get another opportunity like this one.
