One Australia’s largest Engineering and construction giants has a list of projects ready to start next year that incorporate a range of commercial construction and is the result of the QLD government’s infrastructure plan, including schools, medical facilities and cutting-edge technology precincts. They have also forged strong relationships with corporate heavy-weights and will be completing large $50M+ projects in unique Joint-Venture relationships with their capital management division.

Over 3 stages the projects total value is $600M+ and will involve a number of buildings, technical data centers, and associated infrastructure. The successful Site Manager will come into head office in the pre-construction phase and initially get involved in programming , and providing value-engineering input.

If you are a Site manager who enjoys the challenge of running large/complex construction projects, but also wants to do so as part of competent team of foreman, administrators, and site engineers you will not get another opportunity like this one in the current market.
