This $550M major mixed-use precinct has just been awarded and consists of a large architecturally-designed structural steel new-build shell, expansion of existing facilities, a cutting-edge centralized M & E energy centre setting new ESD standards, and an external concourse area.

The successful Site Manager will take-over and contibute with programming and value-engineering phase, before moving to site and managing a team of foremen and engineers.

Site Manager's with experience running large complex projects on time, and coordinating high-level construction teams.
